FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, patron of conference within the ‘Mama reaktywacja’ social campaign


During a meeting on 23 February, representatives of PKPP Lewiatan, Instytut Matki i Dziecka (the Mother and Child Institute), NGOs, famous mothers and the HR directors of large concerns discussed the situation of young mothers on the labour market in Poland, employer fears, and proposed legislative solutions which will allow women to decide to become mothers, and employers to hire young women.  Diana Wosińska delivered a presentation on the currently binding provisions of labour law, and on draft legislation intended to help women decide to become mothers without fearing for their return to the labour market, and to help employers decide to hire young women.  Detailed information on the conference is available here.
